DEFINITIONS:

• Laughter Clubs: Free gatherings of people who get together just to laugh.
• Professional Laughter Speakers: Trained Laughter Professionals who specialize in public speaking.
  
• Laughter Trainers: This is the second level of certification in Laughter Yoga (Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher) and the Laughter Wellness Program (Certified Laughter Wellness Trainer). They have attended a week-long intensive training. They have a deeper understanding of their topic and have been trained to train Laughter Instructors.
  
• Laughter Instructors: this is the first level of certification in Laughter Yoga (Certified Laughter Yoga Leader) and the Laughter Wellness Program (Certified Laughter Wellness Instructor). They have attended a 2 days intensive training and are able to lead laughter sessions with a variety of publics.
