This foundation training will give you a dual certification as Certified Laughter Yoga Leader (© Dr Kataria School of Laughter Yoga) and Certified Laughter Wellness Instructor (© American School of Laughter Yoga).

We will cover everything you typically learn in a traditional Laughter Yoga 2 day training and then expand from there into the Laughter Wellness program, a Western adaptation of the Eastern Laughter Yoga method. We follow a systematic activity approach that all can follow and succeed with, regardless of the quality of their own laughter.
