Returns Policy


All orders are shipped on either Tuesdays or Fridays, whichever is closest to the date of receipt of the order. We try to ship within 24h whenever possible. If any significant delays are expected then we will notify you and ask for your instructions. We ship worldwide.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Please contact us if you have received a damaged product and we will arrange for a replacement.

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Unless otherwise specified we do not offer refunds.
